I've tried entering it a couple of times. Where should I submit a ticket?

You can submit a support ticket in the support section. Are you sure the code is invalid?

edit: Tell me the steps on how you redeem it.

does it say invalid or someone already redeemed it?
if its invalid you might be able to get a new one. give it a try.

try it on your xbox 360 console, it'll automatically caps and dash everything for you, all you gotta do is enter the 25 digit code.

And how to redeem:
1. Go to xbox guide
2. Go to marketplace tab
3. Choose redeem code
4. Enter code
5. HuhHuh?
6. Profit (except no profit this time)

I checked and rechecked the code 7-8 times.

Oh and I've entered a ticket. Thanks for the help guys Smiley I'll let you know how it works out.

Copy the code from prize claim history
Paste it into the box where you redeem codes

Tried that too.

Also tried actually downloading what I'm trying to buy, and after it says "need more points", choosing to add points, and redeem my code. Still invalid.

From what I'm hearing though, I should recieve another card, as it's invalid. I'm really hoping too, because I spent a majority of my credits on the card...

If its invalid he's not lying. The only one who would know is PR because they can actually test the code they gave him.

what? obviously no one on the forum would know, unless you post a ss of the code and then they could test it. but if he submits a support ticket, pr would have record of the code they sent. if they try redeeming it and its invalid, then its probably their fault.

Maybe the code was for a different region? Did you get a US code?
